HRSL has been appointed as the Quantity Surveyor on a luxury apartment in Chelsea. The M&E works alone will cost £750,000.
The project will run from May to December 2009. They have been appointed by the M&E contractor under repeat business after carrying out QS duties on other luxury apartment in the same block in Chelsea |
